Hopton Wood Limestone
Created using a large slab and multiple 20mm slabs laminated together with resin and stainless steel. This sculpture has some rather interesting fossilised coral markings.
This piece metamorphosed many times, before I reached its final form, hence the name. Sometimes I think I should sketch more before working on hard heavy stone!
